Job Description:
Responsible for the incoming inspection (IQC) and final inspection (FQC) of PCB boards to ensure product quality meets standards.
According to inspection standards and specifications, conduct sampling and full inspection on raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.
Record inspection data, issue inspection reports, and be responsible for the inspection results.
Timely feedback on quality issues discovered during the inspection process, and track the handling of the issues.
Assist in developing and optimizing inspection processes and standards to improve inspection efficiency and accuracy.

Job requirements:
More than one year of PCB industry inspection experience, familiarity with PCB production processes and quality standards is preferred.
Acceptable for excellent beginners.
Familiar with quality inspection processes and methods, possessing excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
Proficient in using various testing tools and equipment, such as calipers, microscopes, testers, etc.
Work diligently and meticulously, with a strong sense of responsibility, possessing excellent teamwork spirit and communication skills.

Responsible for confirming the detection program and adjusting any anomalies during testing.
Record inspection data, assist in quality analysis and improvement.
Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of the equipment to ensure its normal operation.

More than one year of AOI operation experience, familiar with the operation and maintenance of AOI equipment.
Acceptable for excellent beginners.
Familiar with PCB production processes and quality standards, possessing excellent problem-solving and analysis abilities.
Can adapt to a 12 hour two shift work system.

Job Description:
Assist the production department in the production and processing of PCB boards.
Responsible for handling, organizing, and preparing production materials.
Assist in operating production equipment and perform simple production operations.
Responsible for cleaning and organizing the production site.
Assist quality inspectors in conducting product sampling and full inspection work.

Physically healthy, able to adapt to a 12 hour two shift work schedule.

Factory work experience is preferred.
